How each job works
- The customer books either on-line or by telephone a suitable time slot for a design/fitting survey.
- Our surveyor visits at the time arranged and completes a survey form detailing all requirements. This may include; ideal time scales (date/month), preferred door styles and colours, cabinet quantities, building work, etc.
- We quote the customer.
- We take a deposit of 15% of the total job.
- We book the job directly into your calendar on the weeks you are free.
- You will master your job and understand it deeply.
- You will listen intently to our customers, have expert knowledge and quickly provide solutions to problems/queries.
- Handle customers in a professional manner that leaves them excited, satisfied and informed.
- You will be very clean and tidy, pay particular attention to the flow of dust, noise and disruption, and provide workable solutions for each.
- Keep your calendar up to date to avoid any double bookings.
- Liase with your customer no less than 4 weeks before job commencement, confirm dates, start times and arrange final survey (this will be carried out by yourself and will be a good opportunity to meet the customer, check measurements, quantities, etc.)
- You will book all fellow trades; electrician, plastering, plumber, etc (if required.)
- You will provide professional invoices and present to the customer on completion of each job.
- You will be an expert problem solver and great with numbers
- you will be very self motivated and efficient.
- You are very familiar with understanding the needs of each customer in order to make each job successful.
- You are independent, but self-aware of your limits and can communicate with others to better yourself.
- You are detail-oriented and passionate about your work.
